Music downloadershave an enormous choice when it comes to music. They don’t have to pay for it and in my humble opinion they shouldn’t have a guilty conscience because of this, because the money goes to the music label anyways (instead of helping the artist). I even think if you like someone’s music, you’re best off donating them some money instead of buying something from their label.
But music downloaders have to be very disciplined to stay a music fans
if they’re doing this. When you have 30GB of music to choose from, its likely that you don’t listen to or even try out many of those tracks – and going to your favourite ones is just a click away. When people put a CD into a CD player, this is not the case. They listen to a whole album and may find songs they never heard before, just because it would take physical action to choose another CD, put it in the player and skip to the track you want.
